Overzicht:

Polariserende bundelsplitserKubussenzijn gevormd uit twee rechte hoek, 45 ° prisma's permanent aan elkaar gecementeerd.

 

De hypotenusa is gecoat met een volledig diëlektrische, polarisatiegevoelige coating die is ontworpen om een ​​invallende, ongepolariseerde, monochromatische straal te scheiden in zijn S- en P-polarisatiecomponenten. Alle ingangs- en uitgangsoppervlakken zijn gecoat met een zeer efficiënte, smalbandige antireflectiecoating.
